Cytometry spans a diverse range of analytical platforms and applications. At its foundation is flow cytometry and cell sorting, powerful tools for single-cell analysis.
At the Crick Flow Scientific Technical Platform, we expand this foundation, integrating advanced modalities such as mass cytometry (CyTOF) for high-dimensional proteomics, image cytometry for spatially resolved cellular phenotyping, and the Beacon optofluidic system for automated single-cell manipulation and functional screening.
By combining established cytometry techniques with innovative technologies, we enable researchers to examine cells with greater precision – opening new avenues for biological understanding and discovery.
