We work with our founders, and other research institutes and universities in the UK and internationally to identify areas where we can work together to answer research questions, tackle specific health problems or share resources. We also support our researchers to collaborate widely.

Crick Africa Network
The Crick Africa Network (CAN) increases research capacity in Africa to tackle health problems locally and globally. We established CAN as an equitable partnership with institutions in The Gambia, Ghana, South Africa and Uganda to shift the balance in favour of African scientists working in Africa.

The Worldwide Influenza Centre at the Crick is one of seven centres in the world responsible for analysing influenza viruses circulating in the human population, overseen by the World Health Organisation (WHO).

Legacy study
The Legacy Study was initially established in February 2021 to build on the bank of data generated by the Crick COVID Consortium in the early months of the COVID pandemic. It's now a partnership study between University College London Hospitals Biomedical Research Centre and the Crick providing insights into immune responses to COVID vaccines and infections led by Dr Emma Wall.
