Computational biologist interested in the evolution of gene regulation, particularly involving transposable elements (TEs). Before joining Margarida’s lab, I was a postdoctoral researcher in Helen Rowe's lab at the Blizard Institute where I worked on the epigenetic regulation of TEs.
