Human cancer cells showing the tubulin cytoskeleton (red), the ESCRT-III component CHMP2A (green) and the nucleus (blue). In these cells in various stages of division, ESCRT-III can be seen to localise to the reforming nuclear envelope and the site of cytoplasmic division called the midbody.
