Marion joined the Crick in 2020 as Senior Business Manager.
She brings over 20 years of experience in biotech and big pharma organisations, with extensive expertise in strategic IP generation and management, partnerships and collaborations.
Marion began her industry career at GSK and then as lead of the IP and Licensing functions at Virax, PowderMed, Oxford Nanopore Technologies, Circassia and Adiga Life Sciences. In these roles she has created and managed IP portfolios, shaped corporate IP strategy and worked on multiple collaborations, licences, acquisitions and divestments. She has been involved in commercial agreement negotiations at all stages of product discovery and development.
She is a European Patent Attorney and Chartered Patent Attorney, co-chair of the CIPA Life Sciences committee and a member of Women in IP.
