PHD Student

I completed my MSc in Biomedical and Molecular Sciences Research at King’s College London, where I worked in the Stroud Lab investigating the mechanisms of nuclear membrane repair in the mouse heart. I then joined the Vieira Group as a Research Assistant, studying the role of the epicardium in mouse cardiac morphogenesis. I am now pursuing my PhD in the Priya Lab where I am exploring the fundamental question of organ scaling — how organs grow and regrow to the right size and proportion — using the zebrafish heart as a model system.
