We want to ensure the safety, security and wellbeing of our visitors, team and building.
We always treat visitors with respect and support them in accessing our facilities or when visiting our exhibition or attending events.
We expect visitors to be respectful of each other and Crick staff, to not cause distress or harm to people or property and to uphold the law.
We will not tolerate harassment, intimidation, or insults toward any person or groups of people, whether verbal, physical, or written, in-person or online.

- Filming for personal, non-commercial use with hand-held devices is permitted. Photography and filming on Crick property is at the discretion of Crick Management and Crick security have the authority to restrict activity if deemed necessary.
- If the fire alarm goes off, you must follow the instructions given by Crick staff for everyone’s safety.
- The Crick is a smoke-free building and grounds; this includes vaping and e-cigarettes.
- Bicycles, scooters and skateboards (other than mobility scooters) are not permitted to be ridden in the Crick at any time.
- If our staff think you or a member of your group’s behaviour is disruptive, disrespectful or abusive towards others, or you are endangering yourself, others, or our property, they will ask you to stop, and may ask you to leave, our staff have the authority to escort you from the Crick.
- Children under 16 should be accompanied by an adult.
- You are welcome to consume your own food and non-alcoholic drinks in the gallery and café area. You cannot consume your own alcohol on the premises.
- The gallery does not have a dedicated breastfeeding space but you are welcome to breastfeed anywhere that is publicly accessible at the Crick.
- Service and support animals are welcome in the Crick, other animals are not permitted. (Water bowls are available from the gallery café).
