I think a lot about parasites (Apicomplexans and viruses included) and I think even more about the hosts that parasites infect. I also think about the Korean movie Parasite, which really blurred the lines on the idea of the whole host-parasite relationship. I'm hoping my research may one day do the same.

I am currently using my PhD in virology and my post-doctoral experience working with cell-free in vitro, organoid, and in vivo model sytems to study Cryptosporidium infections of its human and murine hosts.
