Beth Massam

I joined the Francis Crick Institute in 2024 to manage the KQ Labs Ecosystem and Events Programme, including leading the PULSE and TechBio Boost programmes. As part of this, I deliver platform support to a community of 80 portfolio companies alongside a broader network of founders, industry leaders and investors. With six years of experience in venture capital, venture building, and accelerator environments, I specialise in designing high-impact programmes and experiences that help early-stage teams connect, learn and scale.

Prior to moving into the venture ecosystem, I led international growth marketing and product launches for startups and multinational companies, bringing a commercially minded and operator-led perspective to my work with founders. I am particularly focused on supporting pre-seed to Series A startups, with a passion for building collaborative communities that unlock opportunity, knowledge exchange and meaningful partnerships.
